Steven Besbeck has a career spanning more than 35 years as chief executive officer, financial executive, entrepreneur, and board member of global private and public companies. As chief executive of three companies, Steve raised millions of dollars in equity and debt financing, including initial public offerings. He has managed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, turnarounds, and liquidations. He is proficient in medical and healthcare information technologies, services, and devices. As a result of extensive experience in healthcare and medical technologies, he is particularly knowledgeable about compliance with FDA and ISO international regulations.
