New Beginning for Mankind

The Wisdom Culture is based in a newly emerged Balanced Paradigm whose integrated way of thinking re-balances the inherent inequity that is created by  the prevailing economic and cultural paradigms that are in the process of destroying life, including our own, on this planet.

The new model reflects the inherent dynamic balance that makes up the very nature of the universe and reflects the harmony that permeates the cosmos. The Balanced Paradigm is a hopeful and sustainable growth orientated model for living. The integrated worldview of the Balanced Paradigm provides  the ability for us to bridge the abyss of polarization and an alternative to the resurgence of an authoritarian world.

As after any major life transition, the old way of life no longer works and a new beginning needs to be created. The same is true on a larger scale when the old economic, political and cultural rules no longer work. We as a society, for the sake of survival,  need to transition out of the prevailing imbalanced mechanistic and the old traditional worldviews into the new beginning of the Balanced Paradigm.

New Wisdom-Based Culture

A new paradigm and associated wisdom-based subculture has emerged in the U.S., Europe, and Japan but most people are not aware that it exists. Members of the wisdom-based culture was described and classified in the title of the book The Cultural Creatives by the sociologist Paul Ray in 1999.

80 Million Wisdom-Based Americans Are Concerned about Climate Change :

In national research surveys in the United States, Western Europe and Japan that measured and classify  values, worldviews and lifestyles have found that about 35% of each country's population* belong to the wisdom-based culture.

In 1995, 23.6% of the US adult population, or 44 million adults, shared the same values and new worldview. In 1999, 26% of US adult population, or 50 million adults, shared the values and new worldview. Research showed that in 2008, 34.9% of US adult population, or 80 million adults belonged to the wisdom culture in the Balanced Paradigm

The reason why most members of the wisdom-based culture believe that it "just me and a few of my friends" who share the values and worldview of the wisdom-based culture in the Balanced Paradigm is because of the lack of coverage in mainstream media which is embedded in either the traditional or mechanistic worldviews.

Members of the wisdom-based culture in the Balanced Paradigm are concerned about::

  • Gender, racial and sexual equality
  • Climate change
  • Destruction of the planet
