In my experience, agile coaches and would-be change agents are sometimes a victim of their own enthusiasm. If someone comes in fresh, firing off broadsides to the effect that ?you?re doing it all wrong?, and ?I know a much better way, but you?re just too ignorant to know that it?s better?, then the chances of effecting successful change are somewhat limited.
