It's one of the most common complaints we get from people...
"I can't sit without terrible pain"
Well, if that's you, then I think you're going to love today's video. But before you dig into today's content, I wanted to share this with you:
I purchased the Lose the Back Pain program a year and nine months ago. Six months into my rehabilitation I was desperate and called you to let you know I was sleeping on the floor and nothing was working to relieve the back pain. I kept on doing what you told me to do and It wasn't long after the six month period I started to notice a change in how I was feeling.
Today I feel great and no back pain. I sit at my dest all day and no pain.... I do have to continue to stretch and strengthen 3-4 times a week, well worth the time and have adapted the program and learned a couple more stretches that really work to relieve pain. I am 50 years old, I am truly free again to enjoy life without pain. If I were to pass on any words of encouragement, I would say to not get discouraged but push through the challenge to get better and stay with it. It may take over six months to turn the corner before you feel better but just stay with it."

So many people want to swallow a pill and then poof the pain is gone forever... unfortunately, it doesn't work that way...
You have to work on addressing the underlying causes... you have to experiment, listen to your body and make adjustments... you have to stay focused and most of all, you have to be patient and persistent... give your body a chance to heal.
