Bonnie Heneson Communications (BHC), a full-service marketing communications firm based in Columbia, was selected to provide communications, public relations, social media, web management and marketing services for Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, the national association fighting sickle cell disease.

“We’re excited to bring our 30 years of agency health care communications experience to serve Sickle Cell Disease Association of America and its important mission of helping people across the nation with sickle cell disease,” said Kyri Jacobs, president and CEO of BHC.

Also at BHC, Emma Day was promoted to senior account executive and social media strategist. Day manages BHC’s client accounts and specializes in social media strategy and management, website development, digital marketing and content creation. Day joined BHC in 2017 as a social media account executive. Previously, she worked as the communications and program coordinator for the nonprofit ORANS and its parent company, Baltimore Mediation.

Geoff Peckham has been named Director of Business Strategy and Marketing at Renegade Communications in Hunt Valley. His most recent roles were Direct Mail Product Analyst at Monster Lead Group in Owings Mills and Marketing Manager at Clear Channel Outdoor in Laurel.
