Concerns over the threat of cyber warfare has echoed throughout the halls of Congress, the Pentagon and even the White House. Cyber warfare has emerged as a serious threat to our nation and our allies around the world. The unique characteristics of this threat pose unprecedented challenges for all those who defend our nation, protect our critical infrastructure and those who rely on computers and the Internet as a means of operation. The Technolytics Institute is pleased to announce the publication of "The Cyber Commanders Handbook – The Weapons and Strategies of Digital Conflict." The book was authored by Technolytics Senior Fellow Kevin G. Coleman and will be available in late November or early December of this year. It is designed for the non-technical individual that needs to understand the complexities of this emerging threat and those that coordinate or manage technical staff involved in cyber warfare and security.
