Meeting planners searching for outstanding, fresh spouse or guest programs they can recommend to their clients are finding that the the Las Vegas Convention Speakers Bureau offers a vast array of distinctive programs that take the guesswork out of guest programs. One of the speakers they recommend to their clients for guest programs is Terri Jay.

Terri calls herself an "Intuitive Messenger." What she really is, however, is a psychic. She hates that word but, unfortunately, that word is the one that lets everyone know what it is that she does. Saying her work is a lot like that of psychic John Edward tells people in a heartbeat that she is intuitive…or psychic.

Terri spoke in Las Vegas last week at the Western Veterinary Conference guest program. After her presentation, Terri responded to questions from an endless line of audience members. Later, she had nearly half of the attendees stand in line just to ask her a quick question about their pet's quirky or questionable behavior. She definitely gets a bead on each pet's behavior and every single person who asked a question about their pets came away happy with the answers Terri gave them. Many of them also picked up her workbook – a manual that explains how to tap in to your own intuition.

Terri frequently hosts boot camps to help people develop their own intuitive powers; after all, she says we are each born with them. Jay explains that whenever we reach for the phone to call a friend and they are already there on the line or when we have a feeling someone needs us and then discover that they did, that these are all little glimpses into the power of Intuition. Terri is a consistent hit with audiences. As Americans spend more on their pets than their children, according to recent research, speakers like Terri are an excellent choice for guest programs.

Another choice, especially for meetings in Las Vegas, is Robin Jay's presentation on "The History of Las Vegas: A Study in Risk and Reward." Las Vegas was a small community of just 250,000 residents when Robin moved there in 1974. She personally witnessed the city's growth first-hand and is able to offer personal anecdotes that entertain as no stranger to the city ever could.

Today, the city boasts a population of more than two million. The course of this unprecedented growth makes an incredibly compelling presentation, heavy with photos from Las Vegas' early days as a mafia-run gambling mecca to the metropolis as it stands today – rich with designer shops, celebrity chefs, and Cirque du Soleil shows, headliners, and even Broadway shows still drawing crowds.

As the economy and political times fluctuate, Las Vegas continues to reinvent itself. The recent opening of MGM's City Center mega-tropolis, featuring hotels, residences, restaurants, casino, shows, and even its own monorail, proves that Las Vegas is never going to go away…it's simply going to continue to reinvent itself and lead the way as the ultimate "Entertainment Capital of the World." Robin's presentation leaves guest and spouse audiences in total awe, asking themselves, "Recession? WHAT recession?!"

These are just a few of the outstanding, informative and entertaining programs that the LVCSB offers meeting planners for their spouse programs. From wine tastings to fashion shows to how-to programs, the LVCSB will help meeting planners meet the demand for more upscale, intersting guest programs.
