Starting at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, participants will investigate their individual roles in their company.
At the Governors Club in West Palm Beach,business owners, managers and team leaders responsible for leading, impacting and improving business growth will gather to gain insight into and inner awareness of the roles and characters that comprise company culture. By using a personalized Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator (PMAI) report, the comprehensive, personal
assessment will identify the skill set required for effective leadership and consider the influencers on individual motivations and actions on productivity, employee performance, on profits and on turnover.

CAPT founders Carol Pearson, Ph.D., and Hugh Marr, Ph.D., define archetypes as the qualities which "touch us at an unconscious, instinctual level and exert profound influence on our motivations and actions." The duo accords the success or ultimate failure of a company to its employees. Topics such as job satisfaction,absenteeism, grievances, safety, benefits, pay scale and even the company's mission statement are examined in relation to the archetypes. By the end of the day, the outcome of the evaluation reflects a three-way alignment - of employee beliefs, company identity, and organizational strengths - to guide companies' plans for future, unprecedented success.
