Families and businesses can start the new year saving time and money with free printable 2010 calendars available for instant download via the Web site Printable2010calendar.net
"There are many calendar formats and designs to choose from, including all-on-one-page calendars as well as monthly calendars and calendars that identify major holidays in red type," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator.
Many of the year-on-a-page calendars are available in both ascending and descending versions, and most are have vertical and horizontal designs to choose from.
The calendars can be downloaded and printed in either PDF or .DOC format, and all versions are free. The .DOC versions can be opened in Microsoft Word and customized by typing in birthdays, appointments and other special dates.
Besides individual calendars for each month of 2010, there is also the option of a free, convenient download that has all months in one file.
Other calendar variations include calendars that start on Monday, calendars with weekends shaded and 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 academic calendars.
