Elder Care Expert Selected for Who’s Who in Health Care

Carol Bradley Bursack - Author, Speaker and Columnist
Caregiving expert and senior advocate Carol Bradley Bursack, who is the founder of Minding Our Elders, has been selected for inclusion in the 2008-2009 edition of Montclair Publishing's "Who's Who in HealthCare" Montclair's "Who's Who" recognizes men and women of leadership and distinction within various industries throughout the United States and Canada.
Bursack is an author, speaker and columnist specializing in elder care. She is the author of the portable support group "Minding Our Elders: Caregivers Share Their Personal Stories" She also writes a weekly eldercare newspaper column, speaks at conferences and presents workshops. Her award winning Web sites www.mindingourelders.com and www.mindingoureldersblogs.com continue to grow and attract caregivers seeking information and support on their caregiving journey.
Bursack is also a featured blogger on HealthCentral's www.ouralzheimers.com and a regular contributor to MediaBrain's www.agingcare.com.
Bursack has been interviewed on many national radio shows, including "Late Night Counsell with John Counsell and "The Broadcast Show" with Sherrie McCutcheon. She's been quoted in magazines and newspapers around the world, including Family Circle, North Jersey Media Group, The Leader-Telegram, Tampa Tribune and the Sydney Morning Herald and was featured in the November 2007 issue of "Quick & Simple" magazine.

Bursack is a member of AARP, CAPS (Children of Aging Parents), the National Caregivers Advisory Panel and the National Family Caregivers Association (NFCA), the National Association of Baby Boomer Women and the National Association of Women Writers. As an expert in her field, she has written hundreds of articles for national publications. Bursack is also a contributing author to "The Media Librarian's Handbook," to be published by Facet Publishing (UK) in 2008.
