ElderCarelink Adds “TLC Homecare LLC” to Senior Care Roster in Connecticut

ElderCarelink, a national online eldercare referral service, has helped over 450,000 families find quality local eldercare resources to support their needs. ElderCarelink is continually adding businesses to its roster, so caregivers around the country can, by taking a brief survey, decide on the services they need and the best available businesses to provide these services.

TLC Homecare LLC serves all of Connecticut, with a focus on New Haven County, Litchfield, Naugatuck Valley, Hartford and Fairfield County with approximately 20 individuals who currently provide care services to their clients.
Their experience ranges from companionship and homemaking skills to personal care and hygiene assistance. They also have several people who are devoted live-in aides.
TLC Homecare LLC is licensed by the State of CT department of Consumer Protection, fully bonded and insured. They are a proud member of the Southbury, Woodbury and Litchfield Area Business Associations.
"I decided to open my own agency after many years of being a caregiver myself," said Roberta D. Winters, Vice President of TLC Homecare. "I grew to know and understand the needs of my clients and wanted to create an agency that would provide quality care to those in need.
"Our company is unique because it is 100% owner operated with help from a wonderful staff. I personally over-see all of my clients, so I get to know them and their families on an individual basis. I provide 24 hour on-call emergency staffing, weekends and holidays included. A care coordinator is always available to hear concerns from clients and family members".
"We keep close contact with caregivers to ensure all needs are being met and that both client and caregiver are comfortable," Roberta said. "We go the extra mile to meet the needs of clients who have children out of state and may need a little extra supervision. We contact family members immediately with any concerns regarding their loved ones and offer courtesy calls to check in on our clients on days when they are not scheduled to receive care, to ensure that they are safe and not in need of additional support.
"Clients often choose our agency over competitors due to the fact that our care coordinators take the time to match each client with a caregiver that they are comfortable with and meet their needs. In addition our services are reasonably priced to ensure that care services are available to everyone in need. We retain clients and ensure customer satisfaction by leaving no problem unsolved. We are always willing to help in any way that we can. All issues and concerns are addressed immediately.
