Cerulean Announces Compliance Teleconferences for Executives and Business Management

Tackling the shaky economy head on, Cerulean Associates LLC announces that it will start providing small and midsize business management in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries expert advice through teleconferences and webinars. The caveat: only 24 attendees will be allowed.
Most companies that provide online presentations or audio conferences promote their briefings to get as many attendees as possible. Cerulean is taking the opposite tact.
"Our goal," said Cerulean Managing Director, John Avellanet, "is to foster interactivity not only among the expert presenter, but also among attendees. If executives or small business owners know of a better way to do something – or a mistake to avoid – we want them to feel comfortable to speak up and share with their peers"
Structured to be part of Cerulean's executive and business management FDA coaching and advisory program, the SmarterCompliance™ Toolkit, each online seminar is designed to run 60-minutes or less to be able to fit into executives' business schedule. Attendees receive a detailed analysis of a particular problem facing the biopharmaceutical and/or device industry, a set of recommended steps and solutions, plus specific reference materials to draw upon for the future. In this way, attendees can bring the successful tactics and strategies back to their organization and tailor the best practices without the need to bring in an external consultant.
The first compliance webinar and teleconference is scheduled for mid-December and will tackle the best practices for business managers when structuring an FDA-based quality systems management review of their products, processes and controls.
