Fitness and Weight Loss Expert and former Medical TV News Commentator, Dr. Dave E. David, observes that with the post-holiday weight loss craze, most people are going about their attempts in a manner which totally wastes their time, energy and efforts.

Both in terms of ways to burn fat in the gym, as well as their methods and styles of dieting, Dr. David says that the general public is incredibly ill informed about how to maximize the efficiency of their efforts.

Likewise, the same is true with weight lifting/strength training and muscle building efforts.

"It's such a shame to see that 90% of the people are wasting their time and efforts and always wonder why they're not losing their weight or building muscle the way they want.

Dr. David has many pearls of wisdom that can streamline results, but unfortunately very few are exposed to these very simple principles.
