StickerGiant announced today that it is officially an
EPA Green Power Partner. StickerGiant purchases 100% of its electricity from Xcel Energy's Peetz, Colorado wind farm.
Xcel Energy has in turn been named the nation's No. 1 wind power provider by the American Wind Energy Association. Consequently, StickerGiant's headquarters are being overrun by chickens, apparently out of sheer gratitude for the company's stance on creating a greener, healthier planet.
"We're happy that the chickens are happy," said StickerGiant president John Fischer, somewhat adrift amid the cluckers, "but I just hope they leave soon. This is a serious printing business. Meaning we don't have chicken feed. What we have is over 20,000 sticker designs and a booming custom sticker printing business. Now that we're an EPA Green Power Partner, you can feel even better about doing business with us. Now if you excuse me, I've got to go clean my shoes."
