Julie offers excellent tips on everything from how to overcome the initial writing block, to how to organize your writing using a ?binder system? and how to publish your own book. She has packaged it in a stylish briefcase style portfolio which organizes all your research and material and notes. She is based in San Carlos, Mexico just 5 hours south of Tuscon. ?Everyone?s life is so busy and stressful that they need to escape to a little piece of paradise to really focus on starting their book. San Carlos is a safe, virtually crime free retirement resort where 80% of the winter population is North American. This area is known as the ?hassle-free? zone and special permits are not required for your car. It makes it the perfect place to escape for a long weekend and work on your book. Accomodation can be arranged from as little as $29 per night, and the workshop takes place at the beautiful Club De Playa, an open air palapa on the beach. After trading in her job in the UK for a backpack, Julie spent 7 years chasing her dreams and searching for her passion and purpose in life.
