Every household, farming communities, special food businesses, restaurants, grocery stores, school kitchen and food operations, hospital food services, the hospitality industry, child nursing schools, nursing homes, and everywhere else food can be grown, manufactures, processed, distributeds, sold, prepared and served for human consumption; having food handlers at every junction and stage in the food chain as my audience here in these United States and in all other nations that strive to express their desires for food safety and are seriously interested in food protection knowledge for their citizens. The food industry is the largest industry in the world. It is a main avenue of connectivity between all nations and cultrures of the world; simply making the world a global village that we know of today. Food Safety may be the most important aspect of our lives as human beings, but do we all know this!
