mind-versus-spirit-wolf
You’ve done well in this Holy War
This war within yourself
Where mind and spirit collide
Where mind asks you to reason and to order
Where spirit asks you to trust and to leap
Where the mind looks for the practical
For the logic
For a well ordered plan
But the spirit looks for the magic
For the wisdom
For the knowing

You’ve done well in this Holy War
Finding Truth
Battling doubt
Waiting, waiting, waiting
Listening for that still small voice
Hearing and surrendering
Taking that leap
Following guidance
Knowing you’ll be led to green pastures
To still waters
To a restored soul

You have done well in this Holy War
Connecting to the Divine
And recognizing
That you are
That you are loved
That you are
That you have meaning
That you are
That you are enough

So open your arms
Open your heart
Open your mouth
And let the sound of fury
The sound of sadness
The sound of joy
Erupt
Spill out
And sooth your soul
And bring healing to a wounded world

You have done well in this Holy War
You’ve set your spirit free
To dive in and drink deeply
To wash away the lies
To silence the chaos
To find the meaning
To fulfill your purpose
To bask in the light of love and grace

You have done well in this Holy War
And live to fight another day
