(An excerpt from Ch. 1)
. . . She had a past, well-documented by the media and her rivals, which sometimes included her family. While in the House of Representatives, she moved from senator to senator. Once in the Senate she had more than one House liaison. She only engaged fair game, and her Hill antics stood as nothing more than entertainment for a bored politician—until she met Joe.
Predator. Slut. Whore. She had heard it all and it stung, not that anyone could tell. Much to everyone’s surprise none of this had harmed her when the polls opened. In fact, it seemed to endear her to voters. She saw it as a pact—she would watch out for them in Washington, and they would protect her in Louisiana.
“Close the door,” she shrieked as he tossed her on the bed.
