Launch of Three New Wysong Websites

We are excited to report that after many months of work three new Wysong websites have launched!

Wysongcanada.net has gone offline ? Canadian customers now have access to the entire human and animal Wysong product line via the three websites above!

First, this marks the launch of the brand new and much improved www.Wysong.net, a site dedicated exclusively to Wysong companion animal information and products.  We?re sure that you will find this site to be far superior in every respect to its outdated predecessor.

Some of the new features of Wysong.net:

- Wysong ?Further Explanation? informational pop-ups: These have been implemented throughout the site and help to immediately clarify and explain Wysong terminology, processing techniques, and nutritional and philosophical concepts.

These informational boxes appear as blue highlighted words and phrases with dashed underlines.  Simply hover over the desired word/phrase for a moment to activate the informational pop-up.  These are cool ways to quickly pick up in-depth information.

- Live Chat: Site visitors with questions are encouraged to use the Live Chat option beneath the Wysong logo on the upper left hand side of every Wysong.net web page.  We will strive to provide you with the most immediate responses possible to your inquiries. 

Initially, Live Chat will be available as often as possible with the goal of it being consistently online between the hours of 9 a.m. ? 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.  If Live Chat is unavailable you can still drop us a line through the live chat system and we?ll promptly get back with you via email.

- Video: Our popular ?Wysong Apology? television advertisement is now a centerpiece on our homepage.  Also from the Wysong.net homepage you can check out our Wysong 100 Pet Health Truths promo video (see below for program explanation).  We will try to consistently add videos throughout the site on a variety of subjects.

- More distinct product categories: Whereas our products were split into general categories on the previous Wysong.net, the new site features clear and distinct product categories ? helping you find what you desire more quickly, and making site navigation far more intuitive.

- Revamped Wysong ?Learn? section: Wysong is committed to providing both superior products and pet health information.  Accordingly, the new Wysong.net Learn section was constructed with the information-hungry Wysong customer in mind.  This section will be regularly updated.  This section makes the site the most educationally extensive in the field.

- New Customer Account Features: Wysong.net?s ?My Account? feature provides a detailed look at your account history, previous orders, order statuses, and shipment tracking numbers.

Additionally, the ?Repeat Order? function within ?My Account? allows you to quickly place a previous order again.  This should be of particular interest if you tend to place identical orders often.

Please note that your customer account will not transfer from the old site ? you will have to create a new account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

- Outlets: Much improved and enhanced with Google maps. 

- Improved product page layout: Nutritional analyses, ingredient lists, and more at the base of every product page and accessible with one click of the mouse.

Simultaneously, we are introducing the Wysong.net sister site ? www.Wysonghealth.net, which will now be the exclusive home of our human product line.  As indicated on the homepage of Wysonghealth.net, we are now offering a $5 flat shipping rate on all Wysong human health products regardless of the size of the order! (Shipping specials will be occasionally run on Wysong.net as well.)

Both Wysong.net and Wysonghealth.net allow for the seamless transition to the other from links on the left hand side of nearly all respective web pages. 

Products selected and added to your basket when visiting one of the sites will remain in the basket should you desire to crossover and add products from the other.  Checkout can be accomplished with equal ease on both sites regardless of the products in the basket.
