Jen Mueller, Roots Sports reporter and Talk Sporty To Me blogger (http://talksportytome.com/) will teach an intensive, small group, hands-on workshop custom-designed exclusively for GoGirl Academy., Monday, March 23, 2011, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The Conversation Connection Workshop presented by GoGirl Academy at Seattle's Four Seasons Hotel, 99 Union Street, Seattle, WA 98101.

In the fall of 2008, I was approached by a group of business women with a problem. By all accounts, these women were very successful. They were smart and well educated. These women have established solid careers, and had earned the respect of their co-workers and clients. But despite all their success, they felt they were missing out on valuable opportunities to expand their client base - at sporting events. The women were rarely invited to entertain clients at baseball games, or football games. Those same women often felt intimidated when conversations turned from business to sports.
