  (May 19, 2010) Human Factor International Managing Director & Executive Coach Jeffrey Jones will moderate The Academy of Image Mastery's (AIM) Panel Discussion "Understanding East-West Etiquette Differences" at the Association of Image Consultants (AICI) 2010 Global Conference in Vancouver on Sunday, May 23rd at 11:00 AM.  The global panel of Business Etiquette and Image Experts will share their regional expertise and insights in order to give attendees an effective and practical set of tools that enable improved business results on the global playing field.  The AIM Panel Discussion will be presented at the General Session on the final day of the conference and anticipates attendance of more than 300 participants representing over 40 countries.

AIM Alumni panelists include:  Olen Juarez-Lim AICI FLC, Founder of OJL Consulting Group in the Philippines; Josephine Lui AICI FLC of Imagine Image Consultancy in Malaysia; Sonia Samtani AICI FLC, Founder of Sonia Samtani Consulting in Hong Kong; Dawn Stanyon, Certified Image & Professional Development Consultant at the Emily Post Institute in the U.S.; Dr. Ling Zhang AICI FLC, Founder of O-Success International Image Consultant Company in China; Greg McRea PhD, Co-founder of the Centre for Work Life Relations in Canada.  The panel will be moderated by Jeffrey Jones AICI FLC, Managing Director & Executive Coach at Human Factor International in Hong Kong. Jeffrey was recently appointed to the AICI Global Board in the position of VP of Marketing.
