Janice Litvin to Deliver Opening Keynote at
Texas Bankers Association Human Resource Conference
SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (July 13, 2026) – Workplace culture, burnout prevention, and retention expert Janice Litvin has been selected as the opening keynote speaker for the 95th Annual Texas Bankers Association Human Resources Conference, one of the country's premier gatherings of banking HR professionals. This conference will take place July 29th – 31st at the Lakeway Resort & Spa near Austin, Texas.
Litvin will present her newest keynote, Recruit to Retain in the Age of AI: The Power of Human Connection, introducing attendees to her Human Path to Retention™ Framework. The keynote explores how organizations can leverage technology while strengthening the human connections that attract, engage, and retain today's workforce.
Drawing on her background in banking, technology recruiting, and organizational well-being, Litvin helps leaders create workplaces where employees choose to stay.

Litvin's opening keynote takes place on Wednesday, July 29, at 1:00 p.m.
She is the founder of Banish Burnout Academy and the author of Banish Organizational Burnout: 26 Tips for Managers. Her programs help organizations reduce burnout, improve engagement, strengthen leadership, and build cultures where people thrive.
