North Palm Beach, FL - December 7, 2010 - More peace of mind, more income, less risk and fewer headaches; these are just some of the things that the Institute of Professional Business Buyer Advisors hopes to achieve for their members.

The Institute of Professional Business Buyer Advisors is a newly organized professional association formed with the sole purpose of helping business professionals who work with the buyers and sellers of small and midsize businesses. The IPBBA concentrates on dealmaking and specifically the buyer side of these transactions. Knowing more about the buyer side of the transaction can empower these professionals to provide better service and make more money from sellers.

The Institute of Professional Business Buyer Advisors is unique in that it is the only trade association that focuses on the buying and merging of small and midsize businesses (SMB) - from the perspective of the buyer.

The members of the Institute of Professional Business Buyer Advisors are professional service providers to buyers of small or midsize businesses. Most of them also work on large transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). And they also advise business sellers.

The IPBBA is recruiting professionals to become founding members of the association. The IPBBA multi-disciplinary membership comprises independent professional service practitioners and other service providers who serve buyers of small or midsize businesses. Such as accountants, attorneys, business acquisition consultants, estate planners, financial advisors, private equity groups, source(s) of financing and valuators of business assets and/or business enterprises.

Joining the IPBBA will increase the competitive advantage their members have over other professionals in the industry. The association delivers referrals to other clients, networking opportunities' with its members, state of the art continuing education and a strict code of ethics to protect all parties of a business buy/sell transaction.
