Vook just wowed the publishing world for setting up a book sales dashboard and making it free for up to 10 books. Now authors and publishers can track the effectiveness of publicity campaigns in realtime. Imagine being able to watch sales climb after a radio interview, a Twitter or Facebook campaign, a blog tour. Vook’s Matt Cavnar said they cobbled this engine together internally so they could track their own book sales before they got the idea to pretty it up and offer it to the world.
