(December 27, 2009) Human Factor International Managing Director Jeffrey Jones delivered the one-day intensive workshop, "Transcultural Leadership: Excelling With a Global Mindset" in Shanghai, December 17, 2009, at the Park Hyatt Hotel, 93/F Shanghai World Financial Center. Participants included a diverse group of executives from leading global corporations in the automotive, electronics and pharmaceutical industries.
The program includes 3 components: A pre-course online assessment, a full-day workshop, and a 90-minute 1-on-1 coaching session. Human Factor International deploys the most accurate cross-cultural assessment tools available in the transcultural field. The workshop and individual coaching sessions are conducted by Executive and TransCultural Leadership Coach, Mr. Jeffrey Jones.
