Peter Post Leading the Program

(January 21, 2010) Jeffrey Jones, Human Factor International Managing Director, in partnership with Peter Post, Director at the Emily Post Institute, and Christina Ong, Founder of the Academy of Image Mastery, introduced the Emily Post Business Etiquette Train the Trainer Program in Singapore. A group of 17 people were trained and certified to teach the Business Etiquette program at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore on January 12-15, 2010.

According to the Emily Post website, "Consideration, respect and honesty are the foundation for business and personal success. That's what you need to be teaching your employees or clients. During a four-day intensive training, participants will learn how to teach a comprehensive business etiquette curriculum using our ten training modules and five-step problem-solving process. Attendees will receive facilitation training, critique on presentation, and information to build a successful business etiquette program. Graduates may market themselves as 'Trained by The Emily Post Institute.'" The program is recommended for, "Individuals who want to start their own business etiquette seminar business; Individuals who already teach business etiquette, but want to learn and use the Business Etiquette Program created and taught by The Emily Post Institute; Corporate trainers who want to include business etiquette training as part of their company's corporate training curriculum."
