Since 1933, The Burbank Coordinating Council has been creating Holiday Baskets for needy families.  They would love help from the entire community as they are providing for 550 families this year and the entire program is a great experience, created and fulfilled by volunteers, companies, and individuals to create a great holiday season for children in families that are in the gap between the school meal program and getting through the end of the year.

Today at grocery stories, Oct 10th between 10-2pm and 2-6pm they will be collecting their third day of food.  Call Barbara if you would like to participate at 818-843-7571.

You call send dollars in support by Paypal to Burbank Coordinating Council and email ccholidaybaskets@aol.com or find out if you can join as an organization ot work with Holiday Committee leadership and co-chairs, Janet Diel, Barbara Salamon, and Dave Golonski the Committee.

We will be filling food bags at the Little White Chapel on Wednesday, December 14^th, Wednesday, 2-8pm or on Dec 16^th from 3-8pm

Delivery day will be Saturday, Dec 17 from 7am-4pm.  Your help can brighten the season for you as a helper or for students that need community service hours.  Whether lifting, packing, labeling, laughing, delivering, driving, soring and filling…your help will be appreciated.  By phone or email, you can sign in for making this another great holiday tradition.  Baskets will be delivered from McKinley Elementary School from 7am to 4pm on December 17^th.
