Senge Sering talked on China's Soft Power and Pakistan, at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University? on October 24, 2013"Senge Hassan Sering, President of the Institute of Baltistan Studies, briefed on China?s exercise of soft power in bordering Pakistan. Mr. Sering described how China is using its economic might to build highways and infrastructure in... northern Pakistan and how this affects the region. Sering explained that by allying with the central government in Islamabad, Beijing can effectively bypass the local government.
