ltpic13December is almost upon us and it won’t be long before many of you will celebrate the holiday and Christmas season, and in only 8 weeks we welcome the Year of the Fire Rooster. Some of you have recently asked when you can begin making the feng shui changes for the upcoming year…and it’s okay to get started now with your cleaning, organizing and putting cures in place.
I assume by now that you all have your 2017 astrology book, diary and almanac in hand. This trio of tools is important in order to get your feng shui right for the coming year. One thing I can tell you is that the Rooster in 2017 is not a kind, sweet little bird…but more a fierce and proud fighter! And with the 3 star in the rooster location in 2017 we can expect conflicts and lots of anger energy. Just look at the anger energy already erupting in the USA (the west) since the election of Donald Trump as President just three weeks ago
I actually knew and expected that Donald Trump would prevail as the next president of the United States. Check back to the 2015 September issue of Feng Shui World Magazine and read my article, Will Donald Trump Become The Next U.S. President? You’ll notice in the article that I pointed out that we were seeing the very “disenfranchised supporters of the American Electorate steadily growing behind Trump” and “the reason the experts are getting it all wrong about Donald Trump is because they continue to look in all the wrong places for evidence that proves he can never become President.” And that is exactly what happened!
I also pointed out that his lung ta or Windhorse helping him to succeed in 2016 was very strong and indeed it did just that! Be sure to check out your own element success (lung ta) in the 2017 Fortune and Feng Shui Astrology Books according to your particular animal sign.
To your success!!
Lillian

Fair Warning! Timing Is Everything
You’ve all heard the expression…timing is everything and it certainly applies to your feng shui practice as well! As we prepare for the coming year of the Fire Rooster, we explore the time calculations and changes that are so necessary to help us make the most of what the stars have in store…both from a positive as well as a negative view.
Here is what you must understand. With the passage of time, the quality of the energy changes in homes, apartments, buildings and offices. That is why, in addition to the spatial concepts of feng shui, you must also incorporate the time dimension.
When you attend my annual Extravaganzas you receive a complete analysis from me of the Flying Star chart for the upcoming year (as well as lots of other important information) that will help you increase your good fortune luck and protect yourself and your family (and your business!) from specific misfortune stars. We Chinese believe that prevention is definitely better than cure!
ltannualfengshuichart2017
And here’s the thing…once you know the sectors of your home or office that are afflicted you can take the appropriate remedial measures and apply “cures” that will help prevent you and your family from getting sick, suffering financial loss in your business, getting robbed or sued in court…on and on. Here at WOFS we have designed many such powerful cures for you.
I also cover the annual taboos especially as they relate to renovations or energy disruption in certain sectors of your home or office this year. We’ll go over the location of the Grand Duke Jupiter (Tai Sui), the Saam Saat (Three Killings) and the Five Yellow (Wu Wang). Please understand that if you are unaware and unknowingly disturb these sectors, it becomes very easy for misfortune to hit since these three taboos can override the good feng shui of your home.
So you see, you just cannot ignore how time changes affect your living and work spaces because they are very powerful. You’ll know, for example, what to do if the 5-yellow afflicts your main door or if the illness star hits your bedroom; you’ll know how to enhance the luck in the areas where auspicious stars land in order to benefit you and your family. Believe me, I’ve seen businesses collapse because of the 5-yellow and not taking care of this pernicious star!
Make a date with me and I’ll see you in Kuala Lumpur on December 11th! Please watch this video – it’s very short and to the point.

To your continued success,
Lillian

Go with the Flow
Spiritual feng shui teachings always point out the benefits of going with the flow…not fighting against the direction of the wind, not swimming upstream against the currents, and refraining from causing or creating imbalances in the energy around you.
When you “go with the flow” the natural balance of energy is achieved at all times and symmetry is suggested. This is the reason that feng shui recommends regular rather than irregular shapes… such as the shape of your room or furniture… and rounded curves rather than angles and sharp edges. It is why we prefer meandering pathways to straight lines.
lttreeA good example of “going with the flow” is how we adapt and react to the change of seasons… from heavier clothing for warmth in the winter to lighter clothing in the summer. When we build our homes we can see this “flow” as well in the materials we choose – wood floors with the grain running in the same direction, that marble on the floor flows in generally the same direction and slate tiles as well. All go along with the flow.
It therefore follows that the flow of chi within the home should move naturally and without obstruction due to obstacles such as clutter or misplaced furniture. Energy moves according to the physical patterns of the home…so watch the patterns on your floors, on your curtains and carpets and in the lines and traffic patterns of your home.
There is a rhythm to the flow of life, to the changing season and to the transformation of yin into yang and back into yin again. From the cold of winter into spring and the warmth of summer… then back to the coolness of autumn and winter again. Yin into yang and back into yin again. Keep the natural balance of energy in mind and go with the flow.
All the best!

After graduating with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Lillian went on to pursue a highly successful business career in banking and finance in the 1980’s in Hong Kong. She published her first book in Malaysia in 1995 that quickly became a best seller and the rest is history. Today she is Chairman of Wofs.Com, a feng shui franchise and merchandising company run by her daughter, Jennifer Too.
She trains feng shui students and future consultants at her Certified Consulting Institute in Malaysia and is much loved by her readers, associates and students for the way she teaches practical feng shui in a user-friendly way, using ordinary situations and circumstances that interest people and affect their everyday lives.
In November 2009, at the International Feng Shui Convention in Singapore, the well-deserved title of GRAND MASTER OF FENG SHUI was conferred upon Lillian Too. Immediately following this accolade, in early January 2010, she received the prestigious Brand Laureate Personality of The Year Award presented by the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia! There seems to be no stopping her popularity and these days!

Getting Your Directions Right

Determining the facing direction of your main door doesn’t have to be difficult and it’s very important to get it right. You’ll want to take the direction facing out and you must be sure to use a good, reliable compass.

You will take the direction three times. Stand just inside the front door facing out and take the first direction; next step back and take the direction 3 feet from the door (facing out) and finally about 15 feet back from the door looking out. You are surely going to find that you have three different readings and this is normal – just use the average to get it accurate.

Please check for any magnetic items that may affect your reading and remove them – like cell phones, radios etc.
Good Luck!
There is nothing that you cannot do. When you believe this and you believe in yourself, something from inside will come to your aide and help you along. Don’t worry about the “how” just get started.
