After the success of its first partnership with Habitat for Humanity, the East Hanover Capitol Lighting stores organized a second collection campaign, which began June 1, 2012.   

In return for donations of gently used lighting fixtures, donors will be given a 10 percent discount toward any new lighting purchase at one of the New Jersey or East Hanover Capitol Lighting stores, as well as a tax deduction. 

To date, more than 100 lighting fixtures have been donated already, with revenue surpassing $3,500.  In addition to the collection campaign, Capitol Lighting has agreed to provide one of the new homes being built in the East Hanover area with its outdoor and indoor lighting fixtures.
