I posted this on my personal FB page and Tweeted it as well. It has little to do with author “stuff,” but a little written humor can be powerful and appreciated. I have seen it bring joy to others, and it relieves stress for me as a author. Writers have stress to perform with perfection. (It kills me when some of my blog posts fall flat. I was a paid professional defense  blogger for four years some time ago.)

The power of humor may be one reason I include laugh-out-loud moments in the thriller “Blood Stripe.” To my surprise this sentence tied into one of the “Blood Stripe” memes and fits main character Susanna Marcasi.  (This also will post to my FB author page.)

Everyone may not get this, and sometimes, that’s OK.
