UN Arms Trade Treaty Good Reason to Dump Obama, says Gun Law Expert

"Administration support for the United Nations anti-gun treaty now being negotiated in New York City is reason enough for opposing Obama's reelection," gun rights expert John M. Snyder said here today.
"There are a lot of reasons to work against Obama's reelection," he added, "and this is just one of them, but it's a big one. The leftist Obama gang for years has been frustrated with its inability on the domestic scene to subvert the Second Amendment and emasculate the American right to keep and bear arms.
"Now gun grabbers in the United States have joined with their elitist brethren throughout the world in an attempt to do an end-run around the Constitution and undermine Americans' civil gun rights. That's what the UN Arms Trade Treaty is all about. The ATT would set up an international gun control body empowered to regulate arms transfers between and within member UN states, including the United States."
Snyder said that, "In order to stop this cynical, dishonest attempt to destroy an American civil right, Americans should continually contact both of their U.S. Senators and urge them to oppose this treaty. Even though Obama will sign it, it cannot be ratified without a two-thirds vote in the U.S. Senate.
"The best thing of all, of course, would be to get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US. There's no good reason for the United States to be supporting these world class creeps, and rectifying this inanity will be a worthwhile long-term domestic political project."
