d where rarely will they be read and understood. ARE YOU A SKEPTIC? It is exceedingly difficult for people who have relied on smoke detectors for years, assuming that they will reliably warn of a house fire, to believe that the device is unreliable. Of course, that is why the scam has been so successful for so long. Itfs OK if you need more proof. No problem. Please review a short video on this web site: www.AquariumTest.com. It will make you a believer without doubt. And when you wonder how a multi-billion dollar scam could have been initiated and carried out for four decades, without the cover coming off, that too can be answered. Go to www.Firecrusade.com and read the report, Americafs Deadliest Cover-up Exposed. This report will take you from the early performance lies and falsified fire testing of the 1960s, to the latest schemes to keep the scam concealed. It is a most incredible story and it brings into question the integrity of the fire code making system of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the product certifications of Underwriterfs Laboratories (UL). Have a mind open enough to look at the evidence of massive criminal activities underlying the high fire death rate in the U.S. Then you most likely will replace skepticism with total disgust for those who will burn a child to make a buck. WHY SUE? The obvious reason for suing is for the victims of the fraud to be compensated. But much more is involved. The cheap and phony ionization type, so called smoke detector, can be manufactured in China for less than one U.S. dollar and sold in America for ten dollars on up. Hundreds of millions of the devices have been sold. Thus, this scam is a billion dollar operation. Manufacturers have been sued for wrongful deaths many times. I was hired as an gexpert witnessh in six legal actions and in all six cases the victims were compensated before going to trial. The manufacturers drag out the legal proceedings and when hit with a major award they appeal and obstruct, thus keeping the legal costs well below the huge profits that come from the sales. Usually a ggag orderh is agreed to so the public remains unaware of the vast numbers of fire deaths that are caused by gsmokeh detectors that fail to warn. I consider the strategy to be a gBurn a Baby to Make a Buckh operation. This marketing of phony smoke detectors that usually are not capable of detecting glarge particulateh (visible) smoke has been in operation for four decades. If you think the Federal Agencies including the CPSC will reign in this fraud, I can tell you that the Federal Fire Bureaucrats have actually rigged and falsified fire research studies to help cover-up the crimes. And then they have also helped sell the devices. Confirmation of these charges is on the internet, www.Firecrusade.com; see my report gAmericafs Deadliest Cover-up Exposedh. What are now beginning to take this house of cards down are the international investigations and revelations, also being posted on the Internet. Within the last six months Australian investigators ran more pertinent and honest testing (than conducted by Underwritersf Laboratories) and confirmed that the ionization type device will NOT provide a reliable warning of fire in a home. Hopefully, with the evidence of a deadly fraud now confirmed and available to all, those who continue to burn the babies to make some bucks will finally suffer more financial damage through legal actions than they gain from the evil schemes. EXTREMELY RELIABLE PROTECTION IS POSSIBLE There are reliable fire detectors that will, in combination, provide extremely close to a 100 percent guaranteed warning of any and all fires that occur in the home. When warned of the early fire there will be adequate time to round up the kids and get out safely. In contrast, when relying on a device likely to not warn, the end result often will be injuries and deaths. The point here is that by convincing the public that a defective device is adequate to protect life, the installation of reliable fire detectors was thwarted. Whereas the American family could be assured of a near one hundred percent safety from fire, the failure to provide full disclosure maintains the family at high risk to fire. Considering all of the above, when fire deaths and injuries occur, I recommend that the survivors and/or the relatives of the victims seek compensation from those who provided a dangerous safety device without full disclosure. Those who have been harmed by fire are entitled to compensation. But more importantly, when those who do wrong are made to adequately pay for their actions, the life endangering activities likely will cease. Others will be saved. Further confirmation of the endangerment is provided on the following web sites. www.Firecrusade.com ? www.AquariumTest.com www.StopTheChildrenBurning.com ? www.WorldFireSafetyFoundation.org www.Expertclick.com RICHARD M.
