Former Playmate Of The Year, Shannon Tweed, poses in calendar to support hospitalized Veterans

Gina Elise, Founder of the award-winning nonprofit organization, "Pin-Ups For Vets", announces that the December issue of Playboy Magazine is allowing fans a sneak peak of the gorgeous photo of former Playboy model, Shannon Tweed, that appears in the newly released "Pin-Ups For Vets" 2013 fundraiser calendar.
Shannon, the wife of KISS bass player Gene Simmons, also accompanied Gina Elise on a hospital visit during the organization's 50-State VA Hospital Tour. The visit was featured this year on the "Gene Simmons Family Jewels Show" on the A&E Network.
The hospitalized Veterans at the Long Beach California VA Hospital loved Shannon so much that they asked if she would appear in the annual "Pin-Ups For Vets" calendar. Shannon obliged and brought along her sister, former Playboy model, Tracy Tweed, as well as her beautiful daughter, Sophie Tweed-Simmons, a recent contestant on The X-Factor, to a photo session with photograher Austin Young, where the ladies did their best 1940's-style pin-up poses for the "Pin-Ups For Vets" calendar that is popular among Veterans, Troops, and fans of the pin-up genre.
