About: Dr. Myers is a Child Psychologist and has been licensed in California since 1980. He earned his doctorate from the University of Southern California. Dr. Myers has worked with children, teens, and parents treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and behavior problems. He is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at UC Irvine School of Medicine. Dr. Myers has devoted much of his time to providing parent education as a public speaker, local radio talk show host, and guest expert on local and national radio and television shows. He is managing editor for Parenting Today provided on the internet by Child Development Institute. He is the author of Total Focus (2006) and the upcoming book, The Well-Balanced Family (March 2019). The book provides tools for reducing screen time while increasing healthy activities and family togetherness and improved parent-child relationships.

About: Jason Park is the author of the just released memoir Bliss + Blues = Bipolar. His memoir covers his 20-year-long recovery from bipolar disorder. He received his baccalaureate from Harvard Univeristy and his PhD from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. He taught Strategic Management at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. Dr. Park is currently focused on his writing, including the new memoir as well as numerous personal essays and short stories. He is a member of the Stability Network, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), and Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSI).
