Alma Rosa Nieto is an Immigration Lawyer who was born in Los Angeles, California. As a teenager, she was educated in Mexico City, where she perfected her Spanish and graduated from the Anglo-Spanish Institute. She continued her education, earning a BA in Sociology and Political Science from California State University at Los Angeles.
Later, Attorney Nieto received her Juris Doctorate from the prestigious UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. She is a member of both the State Bars of California and Hawaii. She also belongs to the Ninth Circuit Federal Court.
