The individual responsible for providing the news release, listing or advertisement in either the Yearbook or on one of the Sites can best provide the user with complete details about the information contained in the news release, listing or advertisement. 

If you submit materials for publication in the Yearbook or use (such as by reading or posting information on) any of the Sites, you are using Broadcast Interview Sources services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services. Over time, we may make changes to the terms of this agreement thereby altering the terms and conditions governing the use of the Services.
