Its primary annual fundraiser is a celebrity auction and party held during the annual convention (Influence) of the National Speakers Association (NSA). The Cigar PEG is not officially connected with the NSA. Approximately one-half of the profits are donated to the National Speakers Association Foundation. The other half are donated to various other medical related charities. The Cigar PEG hosts accelerated speaker mastermind events throughout the year.
