About: At age 14, Jeremiah Bourgeois became one of the youngest children in the United States to be sentenced to life without parole. He was freed after 27 years due to the US Supreme Court's decision in Miller v. Alabama (2012), and six months later he became a law student at Gonzaga University School of Law. While confined, he wrote articles in law journals, was cited as secondary authority by an intermediate appellate court, became a columnist for a criminal justice news site, and was the first imprisoned person to become a member of Scribes--The American Society of Legal Writers. Upon being freed, he began lecturing at law schools, to legislators, and at corporate law offices. Six months later he became a JD candidate at Gonzaga University School of Law.

About: Larry Jay Levine is a prison consultant and expert on prison life and the criminal justice system. In 2007 he founded Wall Street Prison Consultants, a firm providing assistance to lawyers and Defendants in Federal Court criminal proceedings. About: In 1979 Vonda Pelto, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist and author of Without Remorse: The Story of the Woman Who Kept Los Angeles' Serial Killers Alive, was brought in to Los Angeles Men's Central Jail following the jailhouse suicide of Freeway Killer Vernon Butts with the task of keeping a collection of vicious, sociopathic sexual predators engaged socially and alive while awaiting trial. For over three years she existed with men like Ken Bianchi and William Bonin during an assignment that changed her life, personality and future. Her book is sure to make a compelling movie.
