He's a sought-after speaker, invited to present, "Contingency Retention: Keeping the Key Employee," at the Winning the War for Talent: Recruiting and Retaining Employees conference held in San Francisco, and "Motivation & Performance Incentives: Creating Star Performers," at the 2000 Customer Care Summit in Las Vegas.
