D. Kevin Berchelmann Thought-leader Strategist Expert Consultant Executive Facilitator
Thought-leader, strategist, expert consultant and executive facilitator?

D. Kevin Berchelmann, President, CEO and principal consultant
, is a highly acclaimed strategist, speaker, and thought leader in executive, management, and organization performance.

Bottom line: Leadership is a learned skill, and management performance can change the course of any ? ANY ? organization. The key is in the ?learning,? and contrary to the plethora of trainers in this business, few can actually ?develop? leaders successfully.

From executive teambuilding, strategy development and compensation, to individualized coaching, performance improvement and retention, Kevin has been incredibly successful in delivering results and measurable value in this critical environment.

These results most recently include:

** Management and leadership development for multiple levels of a Fortune 50 manufacturer,

** Executive and incentive compensation for a publicly-traded construction company,

** Executive development and succession planning for a $750M services firm, and

** Strategy and HR adviser to several firms of various sizes, industries, and markets.

Triangle Performance was recently named #9 on Houston?s Fast 100 fastest growing, privately-held companies.

A decorated 13-year Armed Forces veteran, Kevin served during the first Gulf War, and had tours of duty in Germany, Spain, and Turkey. His last position was as an Air Force First Sergeant - top enlisted position -- for the largest Air Force squadron in Germany.

And "no," you can't see any pictures of him during those lean military years...

Kevin's corporate background includes senior executive roles in human resources, operations and general management for multiple Fortune 1000 and privately-held firms. Company profiles and industries include technology, manufacturing, professional services, construction, not for profit and bio-pharmaceutical. Additionally, he has extensive experience with investor-led, vendor-backed start-up and ongoing firms.

He's a sought-after speaker, invited to present, "Contingency Retention: Keeping the Key Employee," at the Winning the War for Talent: Recruiting and Retaining Employees conference held in San Francisco, and "Motivation & Performance Incentives: Creating Star Performers," at the 2000 Customer Care Summit in Las Vegas. His presentation for the International Zinc Association, "Human Resources - a Global Focus," was lauded as the best presentation during the 5-day international executive event, Zinc College in Golden, Colorado.

Most recently, Kevin presented "Leadership is Easy... until it isn't; Successful leadership in challenging times," to an audience of nearly 1,000 at the Society for Human resource Management's annual conference in San Diego.

Kevin's credentials are commensurate with his work with executive teams: Undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business, certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and active member and/or Compensation Strategy Adviser for multiple Boards of Directors. He is a member of SHRM, ASTD, the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), the Human Resources Planning Society, and Mensa (don?t be overly impressed ? my DVD player still flashes ?12:00??).

Kevin and his family live in Spring, Texas, just north of Houston.
