How do they know you're an expert?  The most persuasive evidence is that another doctor says you are.  

Here are some things that experts do:
    •    They write books
    •    They're quoted in articles
    •    They speak at meetings that doctors attend
    •    They create educational videos
    •    They publish special reports
    •    They host podcasts.
