Ralph Miller HeadshotRalph Miller is the lead technical consultant to the Federal Prison Authority.  Mr. Miller has over 24 years of experience working with the Bureau of Prisons.  Mr. Miller retired in September 2017 while employed at the Designation and Sentence Computation Center where he was employed as a Sr. Designator.  He is a subject matter expert in the classification and designation of federal defendants and specializes in sex offender classification and designations.  Mr. Miller was also an instructor at the National Correctional Academy in the classification of inmates.  During his career, Mr. Miller was also training instructor, unit manager and case manager where he received numerous awards and recognition for his work.

Jose A. Santana

Mr. Santana has over 29 years of experience in the correctional field. He began his correctional career in the Puerto Rico Department of Corrections (PRDOC) as a Discipline Hearing Officer.  He was also the Acting Director of the Rules and Regulations Division (PRDOC) from January 1989 until June 1991.

He began his Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) career as a Legal Technician activating MDC Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.  He worked in positions of increasing responsibilities as a Case Manager at MDC Guaynabo, Puerto Rico and FCI Tallahassee, Florida; Case Management Coordinator at MDC Guaynabo; Unit Manager at FCC Beaumont, Texas; South Central Regional Designations Administrator, Dallas, Texas; South Central Correctional Programs Administrator, Dallas Texas.

In November 2007, was selected as Associate Warden at MDC Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, where he remained until May 2010.  Lastly, in May 2010, he was promoted to the Bureau’s Chief of the Designation and Sentence Computation Center in Grand Prairie, Texas. He recently retired from the Bureau in December 2017.

Mr. Santana is a subject matter expert in classifications, designations, and complex federal sentencing issues. During his tenure, Mr. Santana provided training in the areas of sentence computation, classification, and designation, of federal inmates to U.S. Sentencing Commission, U.S. federal judges, U.S. Attorneys, U.S. Probation Officers, U.S. Marshals, and court officials.

Bruce Cameron is a widely known expert, most known in his prior engagements as a Federal Law Enforcement official with over 25 years in development, consultation and assessment for high value and high potential individuals, from C-Suite through front line. He uses his intricate knowledge of interpersonal and workplace difficulties to help companies, careers/individuals flourish, including those in periods of crisis. Bruce has given multiple national and international talks and presentations, authored several publications and has numerous media mentions.
