The biggest question of 2020 is, "When will the Pandemic End?" When will we go back to 'normal'?  When will we get to stop wearing masks, social distancing, going to events, carrying on with our lives like we used to?

From school closures, to cancelled concerts, conventions and vacations we've been huddled up waiting for an all-clear signal that just hasn't come. No other time in history have this many people and jobs been put on hold for a world-wide crisis.

Every crisis in history has either made us better or made us worse.

Our best growth comes from crises, disasters, temptations, trials and difficulties. You either learn from them and adapt to your "new" normal, or you flounder and see them as a set back. But you have to admit, that your best advances came when you hit a wall and your life was changed forever. Almost nobody ever makes adjustments when they are sailing along with no problems.

Personally, I have survived cancer, divorce, loss of several loved ones, financial failures, business setbacks and threats by bullies. I am the result of every positive and negative experience in my life... and I am a better person for them all.

You either see difficulties as stop signs or yield signs. I choose to see the Yield, slow down, look for where I can move clearly and go forward. This pandemic will never end in my life because I have learned, adapted and am preparing for the world that we will be living in the next few (or more) years.

Norbert Juma said, "When life throws obstacles in your way, be like water and either cut through them or form a new path that will lead you to your goals and dreams."

Let it be said of you that nothing stopped you from being successful. It only altered your journey. The pandemic was your launching pad to future success and greatness, because you acted on it and used it to plan a different and better future.

Will you be bitter, or better in the days ahead?
