What's humor got to do with health care? A lot according to humor in business expert Jan McInnis. The PAHCOM Journal for physician practice managers recently published her article on humor and health care.  

In the article, McInnis acknowledges the many benefits of using humor in business, and she gives pointers to health care managers who want to add humor to their communications.

The article stems from her "Finding the Funny in Change" keynote which is popular among healthcare and other audiences. McInnis shows attendees how to use humor to change the energy and move through stressful change.
