Most people, young or old, male or female, tall, short, fat thin, rich, poor, smart, or just plain dumb, we're all being effected by the pandemic and the economic distresses. So you're not alone. And if you are truly alone, find community. It's everywhere. Lots of people would like to have you come over. Find them.Also:You can get active. Go do something that takes your focus off whatever you're worried about and focus on something that makes you happy.Greg Jacobson, author of Think Yourself Happy says, "Do more of what makes you happy and less of what makes you unhappy.
