What If God Had Self-Edited?

• Maybe there should be 12 Commandments?

• Did I make enough light?

• Perhaps it should be, “Thou shalt not kill except for evil ones.”

• The snake was simply acting consistent with its behavior and crawling is too great a punishment.

• Does Eve really identify with female?

• What am I thinking with poison ivy?

• “Covet” doesn’t really convey what I mean.

• I really don’t need to be mentioned on the currency. (It’s not “trust” that I’m seeking.)

• That ark just doesn’t stand the logic test.

• I shouldn’t have confused them with the fossils.

• Should the devil have a lighter side?

• Jonah and an elephant may be more believable.

• I need to define “sin” much better.

• “An eye for an eye” might not stand the test of time.

• “Take your shoes from off of your feet” is redundant, right?

• I probably should give more detail about Jesus’s life between infancy and adulthood.

• “Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s” is a bit too open-ended.

• I should have realized that the dinosaurs were my outstanding achievement.

• Paul on the road to Damascus seems like an abrupt turnaround.

• Does the burning bush provide enough dramatic tension?

• Tolerance and forgiveness may be way too much to require.

• Does humanity really deserve dogs?

• I planned to rest on the final day, but I can use it to fix a lot of this stuff.
