94-year old Harry "Kip" Monroe, a recipient of 3 purple hearts after fighting in the Battle of Bulge.  Kip is a Veteran Service Officer for the Military Order of the Purple Heart at the VA Medical Center in WPB and is the Past National Commander for Military Order of the Purple Heart.  As a VA volunteer  he has logged over 24,000 hours in the last 14 years.
