Filmed recording of sessions held at the First National Short-Term Care Insurance Summit have been posted online by the National Advisory Center for Short-Term Care Information (NACSTICi).  Access to view the sessions is available at no charge.

"This was the first national conference organized for the short term care insurance industry," explains Jesse Slome, director of the NACSTCi. "To support the growth of the industry, we are pleased to make access to view filmed recordings of sessions available online."  A portion of the costs were paid for by the Reinsurance Group of America.

"Short-term care insurance policies can be a highly as a supplement to Medigap or Medicare Advantage policies and a viable option for those who want to do some long-term care planning," Slome adds.  "Short term care insurance is a viable option for those who are too old, not healthy enough or can't afford traditional long-term care insurance."

Access to the six recorded sessions is available via the Center's website or go to http://www.shorttermcareinsurance.org/2017summit/

The First National Short-Term Care Insurance Summit took place April 11-13, 2017 at the Sheraton Hotel in Dallas, Texas.  Some 750 industry leaders attended the conference organized annually by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance.  To receive information regarding future events call either of the entities at 818-597-3205 or visit the Medigap Association's website at www.medicaresupp.org/conference/
