After analyzing four years of data from surveys, focus groups, meetings and webinars, The Philadelphia Human Resources Planning Society (PHRPS) is changing its name to The Philadelphia Society of People and Strategy (PSPS).

PSPS is a strategically focused, ground-breaking network of more than 350 executives and innovators, who have responsibility for people and organizational strategy, from some of the world's most prominent organizations. PSPS provides professional enhancement for members, increasing their knowledge on current people and strategy related business topics as well as an opportunity to broaden their professional networks.
