WIN A BRAND NEW HOME IN DRACUT, MASSACHUSETTS WHILE HELPING MEGAN'S HOUSE MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN LIVES OF YOUNG WOMEN

LOWELL, MA – During the month of April, The Megan House Foundation is selling raffle tickets to win a brand-new home, located at 60 Gumpus Road in Dracut, MA.  The Megan House Foundation (which serves as the administrative and fundraising arm of Megan's House) is raffling off the house to raise funds, awareness and to provide the community with an opportunity of a lifetime! Tickets will soon be available for purchase; but, you can sign up today to receive raffle updates at www.themeganhouse.org/megans-house-dreams-come-home-raffle. Each raffle ticket sells for $100.00.

Megan's House is a comprehensive residential treatment home for young women between the ages of 18 and 26 who are struggling with addiction and other co-occurring disorders.  Megan's House provides a long-term, multifaceted and holistic approach to treatment. This program includes evidenced-based services aimed at improving the quality of life and the provision of life skills for the residents.  Massachusetts Lt. Governor Karyn Polito had a chance to visit Megan's House and spoke with the residents and said, "Megan's House is unique.  As a Commonwealth, Massachusetts needs to figure out how to do more of this in other places"

Tim Grover, Megan's Dad and Founder of Megan's House, purchased the building that is now Megan's House to provide a home environment for long-term residential treatment with the hope that his daughter would always have a place to stay while recovering from addiction. Sadly, Megan lost her battle with addiction on December 30, 2014. Megan's House opened on September 30, 2015.

"We are excited to give our many supporters in the community the opportunity to participate in this raffle and win this beautiful new house, while also making a difference in the lives of these young women" – Tim Grover

The house being raffled is a newly-constructed, 2,000 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath Colonial situated on a quiet, residential street in Dracut, MA.
